– Free Shipping : Available on orders over $50 within the contiguous U.S.

Processing Time

– Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

– Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

– Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

– Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional charges apply).

– Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available, at an extra cost).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location or carrier service delays. We will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations

– We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

– International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery status.

Undeliverable or Lost Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the package is lost in transit, please contact us at connect@oatsandlove.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

Damaged Goods

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
